WHAT WE DO

What We Provide To Our Clients

Our core products are generally made to order, normally with a lead time in the region of 2-4 weeks.

We use high quality raw materials, mostly metal using 316 stainless steel, copper (including finned tubes), brass and mild steel – dependent on the product and application.

All products are quality inspected and fully tested to ensure years of trouble free installation.

We have real confidence in the quality of our products and manufacturing processes and stand behind this quality with a standard 5 year warranty for the majority of our products.

Most of our products are easily specified from existing designs (providing a quick answer to your enquiries); but where necessary our design software is used provide a bespoke specification offering the optimum size and price . 

Our years of experience and knowledge means we are able to provide you with additional backup and confidence, for example for larger projects we can undertake site surveys. Our reputation is based not simply on the quality of our products but also on our high levels of friendly and efficient service.

We frequently supply manufactured products into the European Union and have also supplied to large scale projects in the Middle East. Our experience demonstrates that we are normally very competitive on quality and price compared with local suppliers. We can invoice and receive payment in local currencies to make transactions easier for our customers. We handle international shipping and customs formalities and paperwork through experienced and trusted logistics partners. We will respond quickly and positively to any enquiries from international customers.
